Use not only…..... but also ( हेच नाही तर….. ते सुद्धा) कर्त्यामध्ये फरक असलेली वाक्ये- नियम: १)पहिल्या कर्त्यापूर्वी not only वापरावे. २) दुसऱ्या कर्त्यापूर्वी but also वापरावे. दोन्ही वाक्यात समान आलेला भाग एकदाच लिहावा. वाक्यात also असल्यास काढावे. Pandurang took education. His sister took education. Not only Pandurang but also his sister took education. Sudhakar won the gold medal. Madhukar also won the gold medal. Not only Sudhakar but also Madhukar won the gold medal. The Hindus celebrate the festival of Diwali. Other communities also celebrate the festival of Diwali. Not only the Hindus but also other communities celebrate the festival of Diwali. क्रियापदामध्ये फरक असलेली वाक्ये नियम:- १) पहिल्या क्रियापदांपूर्वी not only वापरावे. २) दुसऱ्या क्रियापदापूर्वी but also वापरावे. ३) दोन्ही वाक्यात समान आलेला भाग एकदाच लिहावा वाक्यात too, alsoआल्यास काढावे. He not only tended his plans but also laboured over his task. कर्मामध्ये फरक असलेली वाक्ये - नियम- १) पहिल्या कर्मापूर्वी not only वापरावे. २) दुसऱ्या कर्मापूर्वी but also वापरावे. 3) दोन्ही वाक्यात समान असलेला भाग एकदाच लिहावा वाक्यात too, also असल्यास काढावे. She writes a letter. She writes a story. -She writes not only a letter but also a story. Maruti was strong and mighty. -Maruti was not only strong but also mighty. 3) He was rewarded by the police. He was rewarded by the jeweller. -He was rewarded not only by the police but also by the jeweller. विशेषणामध्ये फरक असलेली वाक्ये १) पहिल्या विशेषणापूर्वी not only वापरावे. २) दुसऱ्या विशेषणापूर्वी but also वापरावे. ३) दोन्ही वाक्यात समान आलेला भाग एकदाच लिहावा वाक्यात too, also आल्यास काढावे. He was rich. He was powerful. He was not only rich but also powerful. 2 ) The people were good and loyal. The people were not only good but also loyal. Note - Dear friends, you can use as well as & and in these sentences. eg. He was rich. He was powerful. He was rich as well as powerful. Or He was rich and powerful.
